A LIFETIME IN CONSTRUCTION

Dave grew up in the construction business, learning the trade alongside family from a young age. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he returned home to western Wisconsin and pursued his passion for building.What began as hands-on work in the field eventually grew into a respected custom home business known for craftsmanship, trust, and care. Over the years, Dave has built everything from custom homes to light commercial spaces and remodeling projects—always with a commitment to quality.

As the owner and builder behind Lee Signature Homes, Dave is personally involved in every step of the process. From initial design meetings and bidding to staking the site and managing the build, he’s there to ensure every detail meets the highest standard. His clients value the peace of mind that comes from working directly with the person who builds their home.

A Family-Inspired Business

While Michele supports the homebuilding process as time allows—assisting behind the scenes and occasionally lending her design insight during client selections. As the family has grown, so has the circle of support. Their children have contributed in various ways, from draftsman support to exploring design, and now their sons-in-law also play a role—bringing value to the business through their own work in lumber supply and digital marketing. Homebuilding has always been part of family life, shaped by shared experience and a deep appreciation for creating spaces where life happens.
